Senefelderplatz U-2 January 9th
From the train station I had a great walk down a street with some awesome cafes! I was heading in the direction of Mitte and Rosa Luxemborg Str. In the pavement of the street are quotes from Rosa Luxemborg. She was a Marxist-Socialist who was murdered and became known as a Martry for Marxism. Unbelievable (to me) in this day and age that a regime who murdered millions is still being venerated in this country. From Mitte, I went to to Karl-Marx Allee and just walked all the way back to Friedrichshain. Along the way, there were signs telling the history of the Boulevard. It was very interesting and again, I found myself confronted with Marxism. There was even a statue of Karl Marx. It seems a bit incredible to still be praying into the past when I know that so many intercessor's have prayed over Berlin over those issues but I knew that this was what the Holy Spirit was asking me to do. I prayed that the old would pass away and that the new would come.

Rathaus Neukollne - Dec. 30th
As usual, the Holy Spirit led me along. After I turned off the main street, He told me to walk straight ahead for a long ways. The road dead-ended at a canal and my heart skipped with joy. The Lord had led me to water that I love and a pathway to walk along! The canal seemed to stretch on for infinity.Lots of people were out walking along and young boys were running everywhere setting off small fire-crackers. I felt a darkness to this area and I prayed for flowers to bloom along the river; for new paint to come on the buildings; and for His redemption rain to fall.
As I walked along dark thunder clouds were pursuing my back yet my face was towards clear skies and the sun. The Holy Spirit whispered to me, "You will not go back the way you came. I will lead you home a new way." I walked on and came to a beautiful bridge. When I come to bridges, I hear Him say, "Go on the bridge and pray over the area."
The Lord led me from there straight to the S-Bahn station. It was wonderful!

Mehringdamm - Dec. 4th
I felt led to walk down a main street off of Mehringdamm which was Gneisenaustr. In the far distance, I saw a church steeple and felt the Holy Spirit tell me that it was my target. On my way down, I took a side tour down a street and walked along a cemetery that was about a mile long and then back to Gneisenaustr. When I arrived at the church I was overwhelmed at the vastness and beauty of the building. Here is a picture I took:
I went up to the church and found that it was called Kirche am Sudstern. I felt led to walk around it and pray for old wells to spring forth. In the back of the church I felt a particular darkness - and prayed about that. Later in the evening, I met with some people and learned that the Holy Spirit first broke out in Berlin in this very church. Now it is in a poor spiritual state. It was encouraging to learn that the way I was praying was pretty accurate. Blessed be His name! I also learned that this was the church where Corrie Ten Boom spoke after the war. She looked out over her audience and saw one of the prison guards from Ravensbruch where she had been a prisoner for hiding Jews. Hatred for this man filled her heart but as she spoke, the Holy Spirit started to work on her and she forgave that man. After she spoke, she shook his hand and I believe he put his trust in Jesus.
I walked back the way I had come but on the next block over and on this block was also a cemetery that went on for about a mile. I thought it was interesting that cemeteries bordered both sides of Gneisenaustr. I prayed two things: 1). That people would notice the cemeteries and think on the fact that they too will die someday. I prayed that they would ponder eternity. 2). I prayed that "death" would not mark the territory but that life would be a well springing up and out.
I found a cool indoor market called Marheinekle Markthalle on Zossener Str. It had all sorts of fresh meats, fruits and vegetables as well as really interesting looking food along with lots of other cool stuff. The neighborhood was really cute. It was a great way to end my prayer walk.

Mockernbrucke - Dec. 3rd
I first walked to a small park that was about a block from the train. As I walked through the park, I had a revelation that it was the Jews who loved the parks of Berlin and spent a lot of time in them. In my minds eye I could see the Jews in the parks and then I felt the sadness of Jesus. I felt a pang within that was His deep sadness that the Jews had been exterminated. I wondered if Jews will ever return to Berlin in large numbers. Possibly during the Millennial reign of Jesus.
Next to the park was an auditorium with an interesting roof - something like a crown.
I went up to it and felt led to walk around it and claim the building for the kingdom of Jesus. I declared that Christian concerts would be done in the building along with Christian seminars, etc. There was a guy in a real nice sleeping bag sleeping under the eaves. Besides him, all was quiet and there was no sign of life.
After this I walked back through the park and across the main road on a foot-bridge that crossed over. The Berlin Air Museum is there and I walked along the side of it. Behind the Berlin Air Museum they have a park with a fence all around it. Inside the park are parts of airplanes and 2 windmills which were really pretty.
Then behind all of this was a huge park. ANOTHER PARK! I'm amazed at how the Holy Spirit is always leading me to parks. One portion of the park was along side the railroad tracks which I walked along for a long ways. I came to a big building where the train people work and prayed for them. Then I came back out to the main roads and continued to pray until I came back to my starting point.

Eisenacher Str./Kleistpark/Yorckstr. - Nov. 26
The train stations are so close in this area that once again, I combined some stations. I wanted to walk through the three different station areas but I don't think I was very successful. I went through an area where there were a lot of Muslims and so of course I prayed for them. Then it felt as if I stepped from one world, (on the poor side) to another world (wealth) within one block of each other. Suddenly the buildings looked nicer and it was just a strange feeling. I came to a building that was so architecturally stunning that I couldn't keep my eyes off of it. I went over to it and it seemed to be some sort of sports center. Then behind it was a playground with the same type of cool architecture and next to that a big old brick building that was obviously a school. The play ground was one of the coolest I've seen in Berlin and I've seen some cool playgrounds! I was thankful to the Lord for leading me there and I prayed for the children who were at recess.
My pictures don't do it justice but here are a couple:
Not long after this I came to a Christian Church. I was so pleased that it was tucked into that little neighborhood because I sensed that the people really need that light of hope. I was thankful that it was near the school and in a place where a lot of people live.
I ended up taking a bus to an S-Bahn station because I didn't want to retrace my steps and that was my prayer walk for today.

Blissestr. & Bayerischer Platz - Nov. 21
Once again, I combined two stations and after a walkabout, I found an Evangelistic Church which I prayed for. Then I circled back around and came to the area of Bayerischer Platz. As I walked through the neighborhoods, I found signs here and there, bolted to lamp posts that said things like: "Ban on Jewish musicians.31.3.1935" or "Jews may no longer keep pets.15.2.1942" or "Jews must turn in their radios and bikes". As I contemplated on the signs, I was suddenly seized with the heart of the Father for Berlin. I felt not only His grief for His beloved people but His anger as well. Tears came to my eyes as I was engulfed in His sadness. Then it came to me: No wonder He wants to reclaim Berlin. It is the very place where a satanic seed was birthed to destroy His beloved people. I knew once again that He will indeed reclaim Berlin. I had a longing for Christians from America to move to Berlin, to help Him invade and take over the city. I pondered once again what I believe to be true and that is that Berlin is the earthly throne room for satan. I can't wait for the day when my Jesus will storm this city and take back everything the enemy stole. I learned from the Internet that Bayerischer Platz was once known as "Jewish Switzerland" since so many well-to-do Jews had settled there after the turn of the century. I learned that sometime in 1993 some 80 signs were posted all over the neighborhood as a remembrance of what was done, not quietly, but quite out in the open to the Jews. For the neighbors to say that they didn't know is quite atrocious. I thank the Lord for the vigilant people whose hearts break and who seek to remember.
I walked down Martin Luther Str. and then returned to Bayerischer Platz and sat on a bench to pray.
On the way home on the train, I once again saw a British guy that I had seen the day before on the same train. We had talked then, and he came over to me to talk again. It wasn't until we parted that the Holy Spirit said, "It wasn't an accident that you met this guy two days in a row. I wanted you to talk to him about me." I knew this was true and walked fast hoping to see him again, and there he was standing outside of the station. I told him and his friend that I felt the Father wanted me to share with them how much He loves them. They both got huge smiles on their faces and they really thanked me. I said, "He is the one to thank. He is the one who loves you." The friend replied, "But you had the boldness to come to us." It was well worth it!

Fehrbelliner Platz - Nov. 20
I found a huge beautiful school and the sign out front said that it was a school for Japanese and Turkish students - to help with their schooling. I walked and prayed all around this school.
After this I found a Christian shop which looked kind of like a library. It was called Treffpunkt B. They had Christian books and a Christian calendar out on the sidewalk and many more inside. It was very nice and I was glad to be there to pray for the ministry.
After this I came to a small square that had a giant stone mushroom in the middle. I have no idea what the significance of this was. From there, I headed back to the train.
